1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to MyCricPro ("we", "our", "us", or "the Platform", accessible at https://mycricpro.com). By accessing or using our website, mobile applications, live scoring interfaces, tournament portals, and APIs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Platform Purpose & Services

MyCricPro is an all-in-one digital cricket league and tournament management platform designed for grassroots, amateur, and professional cricket communities. Our services include:

• Live ball-by-ball cricket scoring with customizable match rules (overs, wickets, super balls, run penalties, and extras).
• Tournament organization, group stage fixtures, automated points tables, net run rate (NRR) calculations, and knockout brackets.
• Cricket club registries, squad rosters, player transfers, and verified affiliations.
• Individual player career profiles, batting and bowling leaderboards, and talent scouting exposure.

Public Access: Browsing live match scores, tournament standings, club details, and player statistics is freely available to any visitor without logging in or creating an account.

3. User Accounts & Authentication

To create teams, register clubs, schedule tournaments, or record match scores, you must register for an account using either email/password or third-party authentication ("Continue with Google"):

• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your profile updated.
• Google Sign-In: If you choose to sign in with Google, we access your basic public profile information (name, email address, profile picture) solely for account creation and authentication as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Username & Identity: You may not use a username or team name that impersonates another person or entity, or infringes any third-party trademark or intellectual property right.

4. Fair Play & Scoring Integrity

The integrity of match scorecards is paramount to players, clubs, and scouts using MyCricPro:

• Scorers must accurately record real-time on-field deliveries, dismissals, and extras according to cricket laws and agreed tournament rules.
• Any intentional falsification of match results, manipulation of player statistics, or staging of fictitious fixtures is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and tournament disqualification.
• Match results finalized on the platform become part of historical player statistics and league records.

5. Subscriptions, Payments & PRO Accounts

MyCricPro offers both free and premium subscription tiers ("PRO"):

• Free Tier: Provides fundamental scoring, match hosting, and directory access supported by non-intrusive banner advertisements.
• PRO Tier: Delivers advanced features including ad-free experience, unlimited tournament creation, enhanced club branding, player scouting highlights, and exportable reports.
• Pricing & Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis as displayed at checkout. All payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer law.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The MyCricPro name, logos, software, website designs, live scoring interfaces, graphic assets, and underlying database architectures are the exclusive property of MyCricPro.

Users retain ownership of team logos, club banners, and media uploaded to their profiles, granting MyCricPro a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display and distribute such content in connection with providing platform services.

7. Prohibited Conduct & Zero-Tolerance Content Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Upload, publish, or transmit any nude, sexually explicit, adult, pornographic, lewd, or offensive pictures or media anywhere on the platform (including user avatars, club/team logos, tournament graphics, scorecards, or attachments).
• ZERO-TOLERANCE ENFORCEMENT: Any user account uploading explicit or adult material will face IMMEDIATE, PERMANENT TERMINATION without refund of any subscription, PRO membership, or tournament fees. All associated clubs, teams, and tournament entries will be immediately suspended or dissolved, and unlawful violations will be reported to cybercrime law enforcement authorities.
• Use the platform for any illegal gambling, betting syndicates, or money laundering activities.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest player contact information or proprietary platform data without prior written permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or compromise the security of our application servers, APIs, or databases.
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or spam through user bio fields, team names, or match notes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

MyCricPro is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure from third-party interference.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyCricPro and its affiliates, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to or use of the platform, including on-field match disputes, tournament scheduling cancellations, or loss of data.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When updates are published, the "Effective Date" at the top of this document will be updated. Continued use of MyCricPro following posted changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
