B. Google User Data (When using "Continue with Google"):

When you choose to authenticate via Google Sign-In, we request your explicit authorization to access the following Google user profile information:

• Google Account Email Address: Used to identify your account, communicate match updates, and prevent duplicate account creation.
• Google Display Name: Used to initialize your cricket player display name and username.
• Google Profile Picture: Used to populate your player avatar (which you can modify at any time in Profile Settings).
• Google User ID (Sub): A unique identifier from Google used to securely authenticate your sessions on subsequent visits.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following specific purposes:

• Authentication & Access: To verify your identity, maintain persistent login sessions, and prevent unauthorized access.
• Cricket Scoring & League Management: To record ball-by-ball actions, compute batting/bowling statistics, maintain league leaderboards, and link match scorecards to the correct player accounts.
• Club & Team Administration: To enable club managers to invite players, organize rosters, and verify squad eligibility.
• Security & Fair Play: To prevent spam, cheating, fake match creation, or manipulation of tournament outcomes.
• Platform Communications: To send essential verification emails, password resets, and critical account security notices. We never send unsolicited marketing spam.

4. Data Sharing & Confidentiality

Your personal contact details are held in strict confidence:

• Zero Sale of Data: We never sell, monetize, or trade your email address, phone number, or Google profile data to any external marketing agencies.
• Public Cricket Records: As an athletic scoring platform, your player display name, city, team membership, and sporting performance metrics (runs, wickets, strike rate, match scorecards) are publicly visible so scouts, teammates, and tournament organizers can view official sporting records.
• Service Providers: We may share limited data with secure cloud infrastructure providers (e.g. database hosting, transactional email delivery) strictly bound by data processing and confidentiality agreements.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if legally required by valid court order, subpoena, or applicable governing law.

7. Zero-Tolerance Content Policy: Adult, Nude & Inappropriate Media

MyCricPro is a family-oriented sports platform for cricket players, academies, and communities. We enforce an uncompromising ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY regarding any adult, nude, sexually explicit, pornographic, lewd, or offensive imagery anywhere on our platform.

8. Children's Privacy

MyCricPro does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13 without verified parental or legal guardian consent. Grassroots youth academies and junior leagues must ensure team entries are managed by authorized adult club managers or coaches.
